Return and Refund Policy

At Sauna Health Plus, we are committed to delivering premium wellness products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the high-value and specialized nature of our products, our return and refund policy is structured to reflect manufacturer guidelines and logistics requirements. 

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Sauna Health Plus website located at saunahealthplus.com ("Website").

Sauna Health Plus is owned and operated by Sauna Health Plus LLC.

3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The customer wishes to return a new item within the policy window.
  • The damage or issue was reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused and undamaged, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
  • The item(s) must be in new condition. Used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

4. Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following details:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the damage or issue; and
  • A brief description of the issue.

The information will be reviewed, and if approved, instructions and a prepaid return label will be provided. 

5. Return Shipping and Fees

Approved returns will include a prepaid shipping label. Please use the provided label and ship the item within 7 days after approval

Restocking Fee: All returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This amount is deducted from your refund total. However, exchanges for the same item will not incur a restocking fee.

If you send an item back without using the provided label, shipping costs may not be reimbursed.

6. Refunds and Replacements

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement applies.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

If preferred by customer, a replacement item can be sent instead of a refund.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products as long as they meet the return conditions. 

Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received and approved.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery;
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect;
  • Used or installed products unless defective upon arrival;
  • Personalized, custom-built, or perishable goods;
  • Intimate or sanitary products such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care items (unless sealed and unused); and
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital items.

9. Cancellations

Before Shipment

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests are subject to supplier approval.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • The return process must be followed as outlined below.

10. Installation & Liability Disclaimer

Sauna Health Plus is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation;
  • Electrical or structural modifications; and 
  • Costs associated with installation or removal.

We strongly recommend using licensed professionals.

11. Manufacturer Warranties

Most products are covered by manufacturer warranties.

  • Contact us for assistance with claims.

12. Legal Rights

This Return and Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the U.S. Consumer Protection Law.
