Domestic Shipping (USA):
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping on most orders (including large sauna units)
- Any order with an exception will have this on the product page and at checkout.
No Hidden Fees:
- All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden charges.
- Local taxes at checkout still apply when required by law.
4. Order Processing Time
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time:
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the next business day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

8. Delivery Guidelines
Curbside Delivery:
- Large items are delivered to your driveway or curb unless customer has paid for white glove delivery.
- For curbside delivery, the carrier will NOT bring items inside your home.
Customer Responsibility:
- Ensure someone is available to receive delivery.
- Arrange help for moving heavy items.
Delivery Appointments:
- Freight carriers may contact you to schedule delivery.
